I had trouble installing the Bluetooth driver with win8.1 as the driver was not listed in my product page. I finally installed sp64041.exe and that worked fine. While checking my product page i found update for the Mediatek Bluetooth sp64949.exe. That hanged my OS and only way is to do system restore.
